The Opener - The Band - The Story - The Song List - Contact Us

Welcome to The Bandalarels, a live Hot Rock n Roll, Punk, Country, & Funkedelic New Age Band in Northern Nevada & California. Book us today. You won't be disappointed!
The Bandalarels, a variety band, is comprised of five accomplished musicians. Everyone in the band sings lead and background harmony vocals. We put the band together as a Jam band, as all the musicians had other projects at the time. In January of 2005 we decided to form the current band as we had played together often since 2001.

We have been the Wednesday night band for a club in Reno for two years and have played private parties and events. All are veterans of the road and casinos. Together we have quite a list of songs and will finish a CD of original music by the end of 2010.

So if your booking your Club or any kind of musical event and want a really good band, think of us. We have a lot of fun together and it comes out in our show. Give us a try and you won't be disappointed!

The Story

The Bandalarels began as an idea. Larrel Barber made a few phone calls and the wheels were set in motion. Larrel's new band became The Bandalarels. (Larrel's Band) The band represents over 150 years combined musical experience and has been together for about 4 years. It was Larrel's thought that if he could join these talented and experienced music makers, with whom he had performed and whom he had gotten to know and love over the years, the sound would prove itself. IT HAS!

The Bandalarels' music is overwhelming in its appeal. The love and respect these five great musicians and songwriters have for one another is apparent in their music and stage presence. They have heart, warmth, depth, individuality and outstanding versatility. All members of the band are capable stand alone soloists, both instrumentally and vocally.

Together, their harmony and musical interpretations can stir audiences to their feet. They are, without a doubt, a WORLD CLASS BAND.
